Orders

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, including your order number and shipping address.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you realize that you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us at orders@shoparrae.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. This will help ensure that we're able to cancel the order for you, though we can not guarantee it.

Once the order has been processed by the warehouse we are no longer able to cancel the order. If this is the case you can still return the item(s) for a refund after you receive it. Simply email returns@shoparrae.com and we will send you a return shipping label.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

If you would like to make changes to an order you’ve already place please contact us at orders@shoparrae.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. This will help ensure that we're able to make the changes, though we can't guarantee it. Once the order has been processed by the warehouse we are no longer able to any changes to your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?

If you notice that you've listed the incorrect address, be sure to contact us as soon as possible at orders@shoparrae.com. We will do our best to correct the error though we can't guarantee it. Once the order has been processed by the warehouse we are no longer able to make changes to your order. We are very sorry in advance for the inconvenience.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item please take pictures and send them to returns@shoparrae.com and we will send you a return label free of charge. We can either immediately send you the correct or new item (if it’s in stock!) or issue a refund. Please specify which option you would like in your email.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

In accordance with tax law, sales tax is collected on orders shipping to Pennsylvania and The District of Columbia.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items (excluding "Final Sales" and all food items) are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt so long as: (1) the item has not been worn or used; (2) the item is undamaged; (iii) all tags originally included on the item are still attached and undamaged; (4) the original packaging for the item (including the outer protection wrap), if any, is sent back undamaged. Cosmetics must be unopened to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet this criteria. Once we have received and processed your return, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment minus the cost of all shipping. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit will be refunded as credit to your account.

HOW DO I MAKE RETURN?

If you would like to make a return please email us at returns@shoparrae.com with your order number and reason for the return and we will respond quickly with instructions and a return shipping label.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?

Please allow up to 3-7 days for processing after we receive your return.

HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

We will issue your refund 3-7 business days after receiving your package at our fulfillment center. Please allow additional time for your bank to make your funds available to you.
