We use a beautiful wildflower honey from Tremblay Apiaries in New York infused with black summer truffles from Northern Italy to create our truffle honey and hand harvested French grey sea salt with black summer truffles for our truffle salt. We use Bauer's mustard, made since 1888 in Ridgewood, Queens, infused with black summer truffles from northern Italy. Truffle oil is made with a Greek olive oil infused with black summer truffle from Italy.
There are so many uses for this combination of truffle products. Cheeseboards, goat cheese crostini, and savory desserts topped with truffle honey.
