Claude Dezorme's salami knife's little extra comes from the holes forming the word "sausage" on its blade, designed to avoid this famous adhesion! Moreover, its micro serrations are designed to cut sausage without difficulty.
Made in France in the Claude Dezorme workshop by Master Cutlery Craftsman the salami knife is made of stainless steel rivets, half-silk blade with heat treatment and an acrylic handle.
